In Memory of Thomas Weinman

Thomas Weinman became a member of the Delta Community Supports family in January 2016. His enthusiasm for life was infectious, bringing joy and excitement to those around him. Thomas enjoyed spending time with his friends, while going out to eat, especially at “The Red Apple.” Anyone who had the pleasure to cross Thomas’s path enjoyed his wit and charm. Thomas was known for his love of cowboys and wearing old western themed clothes complete with a badge and bandanas. Thomas leaves behind a legacy of laughs and questions to all of those who were lucky enough to know him and call him their friend. He truly loved being around people.

Thomas passed away peacefully on May 22, 2024, at the age of 83 surrounded by many of his dear friends. He will be laid to rest at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Pittsburgh, PA on June 3, 2024. His Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the near future. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his loving question, “are you my friend?”
