Finding reliable, high-quality support for your loved one can be a challenging task. Delta Community Supports (“Delta”) is here to help with our In-Home Support services. Delta matches caregivers of adults with Intellectual Disabilities/Autism (ID/A) with a qualified Direct Support Professional (DSP) who can help set personal goals, develop essential life skills, and navigate daily living. We assist adults with ID/A:
Set and achieve personal goals
Become active members of their community
Develop independence and foster personal growth
Manage daily care routines

How to Get Started
We encourage you to speak with your appointed support coordinator if you are interested in these services. Counties refer individuals to Delta’s In-Home Support program through the Office of Developmental Programs.
Our services are funded through the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver program, making quality care accessible to those who need it most.
