In Memory of Our Founder and Friend, Dave Wyher

Today, November 30, 2023 marks the first anniversary of our esteemed Founder David A Wyher’s transition into Glory. Allow me to express my gratitude to each one of you for your unwavering support, which has been pivotal in navigating the challenges of this past year. To pay homage to Dave, let us reflect on his enduring commitment to excellence in serving the individuals under our care.

The foundation of the company, established by Dave in 1977, has always been rooted in the pursuit of excellence in caregiving. From the initial apartments to the multitude of living arrangements we now provide, our overarching goal has remained consistent: transforming a house into a home for those we serve.

As we anticipate the emergence of the next generation of leaders, we aspire to carry forward the legacy of “excellence in caring” and the art of “making a house a home.” While we continue to grapple with significant challenges, by channeling the same determination that defined Dave, we are confident in our ability to surmount these obstacles. May future anniversaries be marked by numerous celebrations in honor of this enduring legacy.
