Since 1995, Delta’s Family Services has been dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families through. Delta serves hundreds of children and families each year, offering innovative and flexible support services, evidence-based initiatives for teens, and educational options for youth in care across Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.

What we Offer
Dedicated to fostering strong, supportive relationships throughout a child’s life, Delta believes in the power of family and offers dynamic, adaptable foster care services to meet the evolving needs of children and caregivers.
Available in PA only
Foster Care
We provide foster care across four Pennsylvania counties, partnering with resource parents to offer children safe, supportive temporary or long-term homes.
Available in PA, NJ
Supervised Independent Living
We help youth ages 17–21, including young parents, transition from foster care to independent adulthood with housing and life skills support.
Available in PA only
Teen Outreach Program
Our Teen Outreach Program (TOP®) offers evidence-based support helping teens overcome challenges and grow into healthy, productive adults.
Become a Resource Parent
Welcoming a child in your home as a foster parent can be rewarding for you and for the child. You can provide a family support system for a child who is in the midst of a transition. For example, your family can support a child awaiting adoption. On the other hand, you can care for a child waiting to return to their birth parents.
