We provide foster care across four Pennsylvania counties, partnering with resource parents to offer children safe, supportive temporary or long-term homes.

We help youth ages 17–21, including young parents, transition from foster care to independent adulthood with housing and life skills support.

- Adoption Services – For those ready to provide a permanent home, we offer comprehensive adoption services, including guidance through the process, home studies, placement support, and post-adoption resources.
