Foster Care Services

Since 1995, Family Services has set many standards in the foster care industry in the greater Philadelphia region. Our unique Treatment Foster Care and Medical Foster Care programs employ innovative, new approaches in the treatment of children with mental and physical health needs.

All Delta foster parents provide a stable and loving environment for children, caring for them until they can return to their family or find a permanent home through adoption or Permanent Legal Custodianship.

Our agency provides the following core services:

PBC Foster Care – goal directed service which includes the provision of 24-hour care for children in an approved foster home.
Treatment Foster Care – 24-hour care, specially developed to meet the needs of children with a MH diagnosis in an approved foster home.
Medical Foster Care – 24-hour care for children with a medical diagnosis who are identified as medically fragile by the PA DHS.

We provide foster care services in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties.
