For those who care for a loved one with disabilities at home, Delta offers in- home support to assist the entire family. Depending on the family’s needs, Delta will provide a companion match – a Delta staff member who will administer support tailored to both the individual’s and the family’s needs or requests.

Delta’s companionship extends to friendship, personal care, transportation and schedule assistance, skill development, and more. In-home support can be established for adults with disabilities in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties.
