The Administrative Services division provides a framework of support for all of Delta’s daily operations.

Staff members negotiate contractual relationships with county and state governmental offices to provide human services. They also facilitate corporate planning and manage all of Delta’s business and financial operations.

All Delta divisions work closely with Administrative Services to maintain Delta’s reputation for exceptional service to adults with disabilities, and families and children being matched for foster care or adoption.
